PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel that makes it possible to freely release a click mechanism although space is saved, and makes it easy to adjust an amount of force to be applied to a switch of the click mechanism, and a click feeling.SOLUTION: In a lens barrel including: a main body part that has a first click reception part; and a tripod attachment cylinder that is capable of rotating and sliding around an outer circumference of the main body part, the tripod attachment cylinder has: a tripod shoe 36; and a click unit that has a first engaging body and second engaging body that are arranged on a first urging member and on either end of the first urging member, and are urged; a cam that is engaged by the second engaging body; a switch unit that engages with the cam; and second urging means that urges the click unit in a direction of making the click unit separate from the main body part.
