Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filtering device having an improved temperature control function.SOLUTION: A filter 110 is installed on a circulation passage configured to take out bathtub water from a bathtub and return the water to the bathtub to filter the bathtub water circulating in the circulation passage. A heat exchanger 150 is installed on the circulation passage and configured to exchange heat between a heating medium supplied from a heat source machine for variably controlling a heating medium temperature in accordance with a temperature command and the bathtub water on the circulation passage.
