Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blast furnace bottom repairing material forming a construction body which is smooth and parallel without damaging a repaired surface of a blast furnace bottom of a coke oven, having high adhesive strength and excellent in durability.SOLUTION: There is provided a blast furnace bottom repairing material used for flame coating method by using a mixture of a SiO2 fire refractory powder, a metal powder as a burning material and a quicklime powder as a main raw material and spraying the same together with oxygen to repair a surface to be repaired. Content of the quicklime powder is 22 to 40 mass% based on total amount of the main raw material, particle diameter thereof is 5 mass% or less of particles with more than 355 μm, 7 to 20 mass% of particles with 75 μm or less and the balance particles with 75 to 355 μm, mass percentage of a CaO component contained in the quicklime powder (purity) is generally 90 to 99% or more. There is provided a blast furnace bottom repairing material where SiO2 fire refractory powder is 40 to 68 mass% based on total amount of the main raw material and the metal powder is 10 to 20 mass% based on total amount of the main raw material when metal silicon powder is used.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】コークス炉の炉底の補修面を損傷させることなく平滑で水平な施工体を形成し、高接着強度で耐用に優れる炉底補修材料の提供。【解決手段】SiO2質の耐火性粉末と燃焼材としての金属粉末と生石灰粉末の混合物を主原料とし、酸素とともに吹き付けて被補修面を補修する溶射法に使用する炉底補修材料。前記、生石灰粉末の含有量は、主原料の全量に対して22〜40質量%で、その粒子径は、炉底補修材料全体において、355μmより大きい粒子が5質量%以下、75μm以下の粒子が7〜20質量%、残部が75〜355μmの粒子であり、生石灰粉末中に含有するCaO成分の質量割合(純度)は、一般的に90〜99%以上である炉底補修材。SiO2質の耐火性粉末は、主原料の全量に対して、40〜68質量%であり、金属粉末は、金属シリコン粉末を使用したとき、主原料の全量に対して10〜20質量%とすることが好ましい、炉底補修材。【選択図】なし
