Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a coke having high strength at a low cost, a coke with a high hydrogen atom content obtained by the production method, and a method for producing a pig iron capable of reducing the content of carbon dioxide.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing a coke for ironmaking obtained by carbonizing raw material coal and a binder at 800°C, and having a representative strength of 2.5 MPa or more; where the representative strength being a collapse strength in which cumulative fracture probability reaches 63.2% in a collapse strength test to 6 or more coke pieces cut into a cylindrical shape with a diameter of 21 mm±2% and a height of 13 mm±2%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】低コストで高強度を有するコークスの製造方法、及び該製造方法で得られた水素原子含有量の多いコークス、並びに二酸化炭素量を削減し得る銑鉄の製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明は原料炭と粘結材とを温度800℃以下で乾留する代表強度が2.5MPa以上の製鉄用コ−クスの製造方法である。ただし、前記代表強度は、直径21mm±2%、高さ13mm±2%の円筒形に切り出したコークス片6個以上に対する圧壊強度試験において累積破壊確率63.2%となる圧壊強度である。【選択図】図1 |
