UNLOADING CONVEYOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an unloading conveyor to move smoothly even when grooves are present in a cargo compartment floor by solving problems in which the one with caster wheels for movement is provided in the unloading conveyor for unloading a large number of loads in the truck cargo compartment, however, particularly when it is a drainboard-shaped floor where cooling grooves are present in the cargo compartment floor like a refrigerated vehicle, the caster wheels fit in the grooves and cannot move smoothly.SOLUTION: The unloading conveyor is configured so as to include roller-shaped wide wheels 24 having a wheel width larger than a wheel diameter as the wheels for movement. A wheel device 20 is provided in which caster-shaped narrow wheels 25 are switched and grounded in addition to the roller-shaped wide wheels 24. The wide wheels 24 are switched with the narrow wheel 25 in accordance with a situation of a floor, and thereby the handling properties of the unloading conveyor 10 can be increased.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】トラック荷室内の多数個の荷物を荷卸しするための荷卸しコンベアには移動用のキャスタ車輪を備えたものが提供されているが、特に冷凍車のように荷室床面に冷却用の溝部が存在するスノコ状の床面である場合には、キャスタ車輪が溝部に嵌り込んでスムーズに移動できない場合があった。本発明は、荷室床面に溝部が存在する場合であっても荷卸しコンベアをスムーズに移動させることができるようにする。【解決手段】移動用の車輪として、車輪径よりも車輪幅が大きなローラ形の幅広車輪２４を備えた構成とする。ローラ形の幅広車輪２４に加えてキャスタ形の幅狭車輪２５を切り替えて接地させる車輪装置２０とする。床面の状況に合わせて幅広車輪２４と幅狭車輪２５を切り替えることにより、荷卸しコンベア１０の取り扱い性を高めることができる。【選択図】図４
