Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torsion bar coupling structure in a link lever of a cab suspension, preventing distortion generation after coupling so as not to require curve correction as a post-process, preventing rattling generation so as not to require enlarging a diameter of a torsion bar and equipment of other components, and achieving cost reduction.SOLUTION: A torsion bar coupling structure includes: a pair of link levers 4 which are arranged on a chassis frame at a required interval in the width direction of a vehicle, and extend in the front-back direction of the vehicle; and a torsion bar 5 which is arranged so as to be laid between the link levers 4. Through holes 7 are bored in a boss part 4a and the torsion bar 5 so as to penetrate into the boss part 4a of the link lever 4 and the end part of the torsion bar 5 engaged with the boss part 4a, and coupling pins 8 are press-fitted into the through hole 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】結合後の歪発生を防止して後工程としての曲り修正を不要とし得、且つガタつき発生を防止してトーションバーの大径化並びに別部品の装備を不要とし得、コスト削減を図り得るキャブサスペンションのリンクレバーにおけるトーションバー結合構造を提供する。【解決手段】車両の幅方向へ所要間隔をあけてシャシフレーム上に配設され且つ車両の前後方向へ延びる一対のリンクレバー4と、リンクレバー4間に掛け渡すよう配設されるトーションバー5とを備え、リンクレバー4のボス部4aとボス部4aに嵌入されたトーションバー5の端部とを貫通するよう、ボス部4aとトーションバー5とに貫通孔7を穿設し、貫通孔7に結合ピン8を圧入する。【選択図】図1 |
