POLYURETHANE RESIN FILM AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane resin film which is a synthetic resin film for a labelling material composed of a non-yellowing polyurethane polyurea resin, which has excellent durability, surface smoothness, glossiness, processing suitability and sticking applicability, and uniformity, has excellent properties possessed by a conventional polyurethane polyurea resin in abrasion resistance and durability, and has chemical resistance and surface long-term gloss retention properties satisfying recent requirements, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: There are provided: a polyurethane resin coating film which has a skin layer which is formed of a non-yellowing polyurethane polyurea resin 1 as a main component and a lower layer formed of a crosslinked product of a resin composition containing a non-yellowing polyurethane polyurea resin 2 as a main component, wherein the non-yellowing polyurethane polyurea resin 1 has a 6-membered ring structure in the main chain and the 6-membered ring structure is contained in at least one of a polyol component and a low molecular weight diol component constituting the non-yellowing polyurethane polyurea resin 1; and a method for producing the polyurethane resin film.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】無黄変性ポリウレタンポリ尿素樹脂からなるラベリング材用の合成樹脂皮膜であって、優れた耐久性、表面の平滑性、光沢性、加工適性及び貼付けの適用性、均一性に優れ、耐摩擦性、耐久性において、従来のポリウレタンポリ尿素樹脂の有する優れた性質を有するとともに、近年の要請を満たす耐薬品性、表面の長期光沢保持性を有するポリウレタン樹脂皮膜及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】無黄変性ポリウレタンポリ尿素樹脂１を主成分として形成される表皮層、及び無黄変性ポリウレタンポリ尿素樹脂２を主成分とする樹脂組成物の架橋体により形成される下層、を有し、前記無黄変性ポリウレタンポリ尿素樹脂１が６員環構造をその主鎖に有し、前記６員環構造が、前記無黄変性ポリウレタンポリ尿素樹脂１を構成するポリオール成分及び低分子量ジオール成分の少なくとも１つに含まれるポリウレタン樹脂皮膜及びその製造方法。【選択図】 なし
