Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separation device where coal ash is made hard to deposit at the bottom of a separation tank to elongate the residual time of the coal ash, and further, unturned carbon stuck to the coal ash is made easy to be contacted with bubbles to more reduce the residual amount of the unburned carbon, to provide a method for producing coal ash capable of reducing the unburned carbon of coal ash by an easier equipment and a lower cleaning cost compared with the conventional one, and a cleaning system.SOLUTION: Provided is a separation device comprising: a separation tank capable of separating coal ash and unburned carbon in a mixed liquid; and a coal ash circulation passage capable of circulating the mixed liquid including the deposited coal ash. The coal ash circulation passage is formed as a flow passage connecting a coal ash inlet port provided at the lower part of the separation tank and a coal ash discharge port provided at the upper part of the separation tank, and a bubble feed mechanism feeding bubbles from the lower part of the separation tank is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、分離槽の底に石炭灰を堆積しにくくさせて、石炭灰の滞留時間を長くさせるとともに、石炭灰に付着した未燃炭素を気泡と接触し易くさせることにより、未燃炭素の残留量をより低減できる分離装置を提供することを目的とする。また、本発明は、従来よりも簡易な設備と低い洗浄コストで石炭灰の未燃炭素を低減できる石炭灰の製造方法および洗浄システムを提供することも目的とする。【解決手段】本発明は、混合液中の石炭灰と未燃炭素とを分離可能である分離槽と、堆積した石炭灰を含む混合液を循環可能である石炭灰循環路とを備え、石炭灰循環路が、分離槽の下部に設けられた石炭灰吸入口と、分離槽の上部に設けられた石炭灰吐出口とを繋ぐ流路として形成されており、気泡を分離槽の下部から供給する気泡供給機構が設けられている、分離装置に関する。【選択図】 図1 |
