BRUSH BODY FOR CLEANING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brush body at a low production cost, the brush body having an attachment projection which fits to a groove shape of a brush-body attachment object part in a cleaning device.SOLUTION: A brush body 1 is used by being fixed to an attachment object groove part for attaching a brush of a cleaning device, where a brush layer is formed at least in one line by aligning brush bristles 4 composed of fiber bundles with the brush bristles folded back in a U shape. The brush bristles 4 are held adjacent to a U-shaped folded back part by double raschel texture in which stitches are arranged on both surfaces of the brush layer. An attachment projection 5 extending in the longitudinal direction is formed by stitch lines on both the surfaces and an insertion yarn arranged inside thereof, and the attachment projection 5 can be engaged with an inside of the attachment object groove part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】清掃機器におけるブラシ体の被取付部の溝形状に合った取付凸部を有したブラシ体を安価な製造コストで提供する。【解決手段】清掃機器のブラシ取り付け用の被取付溝部に固定して用いられるブラシ体１であって、繊維束から成るブラシ毛４がＵ字状に折り返された状態で少なくとも一列に並列してブラシ層を形成し、Ｕ字状の折り返し部の近傍において、前記ブラシ層の両面に編目を配列するダブルラッセル組織によりブラシ毛１を保持して、前記両面の編目列、およびその内側に配置された挿入糸により、長手方向に延びる取付凸部５を形成し、この取付凸部５を前記被取付溝部内に係合可能にする。【選択図】図３
