Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage machine which changes threshold of motor current in accordance with the height of duty ratio in pulse width modulation control, distinguishes a lock state of a motor from a transient overload state, and appropriately shifts the motor to an operation state.SOLUTION: When a motor current is over threshold for abnormality determination, a control part executes adjustment control to increase duty ratio against the motor, increases a drive force of the motor, and repeats the process to determine current anew, so that it can determine a motor stop state that current is still beyond threshold and a state that the current is below the threshold from the motor can be regarded as being operating in comparison between threshold corresponding to new duty ratio after adjustment and current, can continuously perform support appropriate to the respective states, can distinguish and deal with a lock state and a transient overload state, can quickly stop the motor when the motor needs to be stopped, and can shift the motor to the operation state smoothly.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】 モータ電流の閾値を、パルス幅変調制御におけるデューティ比の大小に合わせて変化させ、モータのロック状態と過渡的な過負荷状態とを区別し、モータを適切に作動状態に移行させられるマッサージ機を提供する。【解決手段】 モータ電流が異常判別用の閾値を超えると、制御部がモータに対してデューティ比を増やす調整制御を実行し、モータの駆動力を大きくすると共に、あらためて電流を判定する過程を繰り返すことから、調整後の新たなデューティ比に対応する閾値と電流との比較で、電流が依然閾値を超えるモータ停止状態と、電流が閾値を下回ってモータが作動していると見なせる状態とを判別して、それぞれの状態に適した対応を引き続き実行でき、ロック状態と過渡的な過負荷状態とを区別して取り扱え、モータを停止させる必要がある場合は速やかに停止させられる一方、モータを作動させられる場合は無理なく作動状態に移行させることができる。【選択図】 図5 |
