Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color tone inspection device and a color tone inspection method which suppress deterioration in inspection accuracy, even if the thickness of an inspection object varies.SOLUTION: A color tone inspection device 1 includes: a light emission unit 2 for emitting light to an inspection region 90 on a surface of an inspection object; and a light reception unit 3 for receiving reflection light reflected in the inspection region 90, and inspects a color tone of the surface of the inspection object on the basis of the reflection light received by the light reception unit 3. The light emission unit 2 is configurated in such a manner that the variation of illuminance in the inspection region 90 falls within a predetermined range when the thickness of the inspection object is within tolerance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】検査対象物の厚みにばらつきが生じても、検査精度が低下し難い色調検査装置及び色調検査方法を提供する。【解決手段】色調検査装置1は、検査対象物の表面における検査領域90に光を照射する発光装置2と、検査領域90で反射した反射光を受ける受光装置3とを備え、受光装置3で受けた反射光に基づいて検査対象物の表面の色調を検査する装置である。発光装置2は、検査対象物の厚みが公差内であるときに検査領域90における照度のばらつきが所定範囲内に収まるように構成されている。【選択図】図1 |
