Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single particles moisture meter which can measure moisture of, for example, grains whose particle size varies from large to small, by individually crushing the grains using two sets of a pair of electrode rolls arranged in parallel according to the difference of the grain size, with good reproducibility and surely.SOLUTION: A single particles moisture meter of the invention includes: a first support substrate 6 having a passage hole 7 of single particles M of grains; a second support substrate 8 arranged so as to face the first support substrate 6; a single particles feeding system 11 which is arranged on the outer surface side of the first support substrate 6 and feeds the single particles M through the passage hole 7 to the second support substrate 8 side; an electrode roll pair parallel-arranging part 21 having a pair of electrode rolls 22, 22 and a pair of electrode rolls 23, 23, two sets of which are arranged in parallel and have a crushing region therebetween, and configured such that peripheral surface shapes, diameters and intervals of the rolls are varied to correspond to large to small sizes of the single particles M; and a carry-in path switching part 31 which switches the path of the single particles M from the passage hole 7 and guides the same into the crushing region of the electrode rolls 22, 22 or the crushing region of the electrode rolls 23, 23 according to the size of the single particles M.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、例えば粒サイズが大小に異なる穀粒の水分を、その粒サイズの相違に応じて並設した2組の一対ずつの電極ロールにて個別に圧砕し再現性良く、かつ、確実に測定することが可能な単粒類水分計を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の単粒類水分計は、穀類の単粒類Mの通過穴7を具備する第1の支持基板6と、この第1の支持基板6と対向配置された第2の支持基板8と、第1の支持基板6の外面側に配置され、単粒類Mを通過穴7から第2の支持基板8側に送り込む単粒類送り込み系11と、間に圧砕領域を有する一対ずつ2組並設の電極ロール22、22及び電極ロール23、23を具備し、これらの周面形状、直径、間隔を単粒類Mのサイズの大小に対応するように異ならせて構成した電極ロール対並設部21と、通過穴7からの単粒類Mをそのサイズの大小に応じて前記電極ロール22、22の圧砕領域又は前記電極ロール23、23の圧砕領域に切り替え誘導する搬入経路切替え部31と、を有するものである。【選択図】図1 |
