Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further increase a buffer load resistance which a bumper reinforcement can receive.SOLUTION: A bumper reinforcement 14 is formed into a long shape and is arranged in a width direction of an automobile body on a front part or a rear part of the automatic body. The bumper reinforcement 14 has two intensity configuration portions 20A, 20B whose vertical direction cross sectional shape in an axial direction in a cross direction of the automobile body is formed into a U-shape, are provided in a vertically adjacent state in a state in which, the U-shaped opening parts are directed to the automobile body. The bumper reinforcement 14 is configured so that, collision contact face shapes 24a in collision formed of the two intensity configuration portions 20A, 20B are formed into a chevron-shape toward the adjacent position direction of the two intensity configuration portions 20A, 20B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】バンパリインフォースメントにより受けることのできる耐衝突荷重の一層の増大を図る。【解決手段】バンパリインフォースメント14は、長尺形状で、自動車車体の前部または後部に該自動車車体の幅方向に配設される。当該バンパリインフォースメント14は、前記自動車車体の前後方向の軸線における上下方向断面形状がU字形状とされた2つの強度構成部位20A,20Bが、当該U字形状の開口部が自動車車体に向いた状態で上下位置で隣接して配設される。そして、当該バンパリインフォースメント14は、前記2つの強度構成部位20A,20Bで形成される衝突時の衝突当接面形状24aは、該2つの強度構成部位20A,20Bの隣接位置方向に向けて山形状とされている。【選択図】図2
