Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equalize thicknesses of all air springs at a step of manufacturing a vehicle.SOLUTION: In the stater that vertical thicknesses of all air springs are minimum, a vertical direction distance from a carriage reference position (mark M, M, M, M) a vehicle body reference position on a vertical upper side of the carriage reference position is measured around each air spring. The vehicle body reference position at this time comprises a bottom surface of a third adjustment plate 33 which exists on a vertical upper side of the carriage reference position and is fitted to a vehicle body 2. Next, the adjustment is removed from the vehicle body 2 so that vertical direction distances around all air springs become l, thereby changing the vehicle body reference body. Thereafter, a gas is supplied to each air spring so that the vertical direction distances around all air springs become a same distance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】車両の製造段階で全ての空気バネの厚さを同じにする。【解決手段】全ての空気バネの上下方向の厚さが最小の状態において、各空気バネの周辺で、台車基準位置(マークM1,M2,M3,M4)から、台車基準位置の鉛直上方にある車体基準位置までの上下方向距離を測定する。このときの車体基準位置は、台車基準位置の鉛直上方であって車体2に取り付けられた第3調整板33の底面である。次に、全ての空気バネの周辺の上下方向距離がl2となるように、調整板を車体2から外し、車体基準位置を変える。その後、各空気バネに気体を供給し、全ての空気バネ周辺の上下方向距離が同じ距離となるようにする。【選択図】図6 |
