Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection-molded article manufacturing method and an injection molding die with which no gate cut mark remains in an injection molding step.SOLUTION: Provided is an injection-molded article manufacturing method using a die which includes: a cavity 20 that forms a shape of a prescribed injection-molded article; a gate 27 for introducing a molding material into the cavity 20; and a pin guide 23 for projecting a shutoff pin 33 inside the cavity 20. The injection-molded article manufacturing method includes a step of molding the injection-molded article by introducing the molding material in a molten state into the cavity from an injection molding device via the gate 27 and then cooling and solidifying it. The injection-molded article includes a hole, and the pin guide 23 is provided at a position corresponding to the hole. The shutoff pin 33 is projected inside the cavity 20 and closes the gate 27 through the molding material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
