ROLL FORMING DEVICE, AND FORMING METHOD OF LONG MEMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll forming device and a forming method of a long member which can easily and rapidly form a long component having not only a curved shape but also a twisted shape.SOLUTION: A roll forming device 1 includes a plurality of roll parts having a pair of rolls and through which a long material 10 passes between the rolls. The plurality of roll parts include: a material support roll part 3 of which an installation position and an installation direction are fixed; a three-dimensional bending roll part 4 which is adjacently arranged to the material support roll part 3 and rotates an installation direction of the roll so as to tilt an advancing direction of the long material 10 passing through the material support roll part 3; and a twisting formation roll part 5 which is arranged adjacently to the three-dimensional bending roll 4, and rotates the installation direction of the roll so as to tilt the long material 10 around an axial line of the long member while rotating the installation direction of the roll in response to the advancing direction of the long material 10 passing through the three-dimensional bending roll part 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】湾曲形状だけでなく、ねじり形状が付与された長尺状部品を簡単かつ迅速に形成することが可能なロール成形装置及び長尺状部材の成形方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】ロール成形装置１は、１対のロールを有し、ロール間において長尺材１０が通過する複数のロール部を備え、複数のロール部は、設置位置及び設置方向が固定された材料支持ロール部３と、材料支持ロール部３に隣り合って設けられ、材料支持ロール部３を通過した長尺材１０の進行方向を傾かせるようにロールの設置方向が回動する３次元曲げロール部４と、３次元曲げロール部４に隣り合って設けられ、３次元曲げロール部４を通過した長尺材１０の進行方向に応じてロールの設置方向が回動しつつ、長尺材１０を長尺状部材の軸線周りに傾かせるようにロールの設置方向が回動するねじり成形ロール部５とを有する。【選択図】図５
