PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a fraudulent conduct of playing games by causing an erroneous recognition that authorized game media are used in a game machine.SOLUTION: Game medium detection means comprises: imaging means for imaging a passage; game medium determination means for determining whether an object passing the passage is an authorized game medium or not, on the basis of image data acquired via the imaging means; guide means provided in a movable manner between a guide position for guiding the object passing the passage to storage means and a discharge position for discharging the object to the outside the game machine; and driving means for driving the guide means. A first control part outputs control content information to indicate whether the driving means is controlled so that the guide means is moved to the guide position or to the discharge position. The game medium detection means is provided with position determination means for determining, on the basis of image data acquired via the imaging means, whether the guide means is at the guide position or the guide means is at the discharge position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 41 【課題】遊技機に正規の遊技媒体が用いられていると誤認させて遊技を行う不正行為を検知する。【解決手段】遊技媒体検出手段は、通路を撮像する撮像手段と、撮像手段を介して得られる画像データに基づいて、通路を通過する物体が正規の遊技媒体であるか否かを判定する遊技媒体判定手段と、通路を通過する物体を貯留手段に導くガイド位置と、物体を遊技機外に排出する排出位置との間を移動可能に設けられたガイド手段と、ガイド手段を駆動させる駆動手段と、を備える。第１制御部は、駆動手段を、ガイド手段がガイド位置に移動するように制御しているのか、排出位置に移動するように制御しているのかを示す制御内容情報を出力する。遊技媒体検出手段は、撮像手段を介して得られる画像データに基づいて、ガイド手段がガイド位置にあるか否か、また、ガイド手段が排出位置にあるか否かを判定する位置判定手段を備える。【選択図】図４１
