Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a heat sink capable of forming a heat radiation coating film on a surface of a coarse material while eliminating the need of a large amount of thermal energy.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a heat sink composed of a coarse material W and a heat radiation coating film formed on a surface of the coarse material W comprises: a first step of casting a box-shaped coarse material W containing a core 3 therein by housing the core 3 in a cavity C of a molding die 10 and injecting a molten metal into the cavity C; and a second step of manufacturing a heat sink by transferring the box-shaped coarse material W containing the coarse 3 therein to a coating region and forming a heat radiation coating film by applying a heat radiation coating material to the surface of the coarse material W in the coating region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】多大な熱エネルギを不要としながら、粗材の表面に熱放射性塗料皮膜を形成することのできるヒートシンクの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】粗材Wと、粗材Wの表面に形成された熱放射性塗料皮膜とからなるヒートシンクを製造するヒートシンクの製造方法であって、成形型10のキャビティC内に中子3を収容し、キャビティC内に金属溶湯を注入し、中子3を内部に含む箱型の粗材Wを鋳造する第一のステップ、中子3を内部に含んだ箱型の粗材Wを塗布領域に搬送し、塗布領域にて粗材Wの表面に熱放射性塗料を塗布して熱放射性塗料皮膜を形成し、ヒートシンクを製造する第二のステップからなる。【選択図】図1 |
