At least first board 10 is divided into plural areas 10a, and the neighboring areas 10a are connected to each other by a buffer part 11 which elastically absorbs deformation of each area 10a due to heat in plane directions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】熱による基板の変形によって熱電変換素子が破損することを抑制しつつ、熱電変換器の性能を高く維持でき、且つ、基板の組み立て作業を容易に行い得る熱電変換器を提供する。【解決手段】熱電変換器1は、熱伝導性の第1基板10と、熱伝導性の第2基板20と、第1基板10と第2基板20との間に配置された複数の熱電変換素子30と、を備える。少なくとも第1基板10は、複数の領域10aに分割され、熱による各領域10aの面内方向の変形を弾性的に吸収する緩衝部11によって、隣り合う領域10aが互いに連結されている。【選択図】図1 |
