Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide composite fittings, made of metal and resin, that have high heat insulation properties and moisture condensation resistance by suppressing indoor and outdoor heat conduction more.SOLUTION: A longitudinal slide window 1 has a sliding door 3, provided with a metallic doorframe and a resin doorframe, housed in a frame body 2 provided with a metallic frame and a resin frame. A metallic upper frame 8 of the frame body 2 is divided into an outer metallic upper frame 8a and an inner metallic upper frame 8b, which are coupled together through a bridge material 37. A resin upper frame 13 provided at a position opposed to the bridge material 37 has a plurality of air chambers 39a of different sizes formed in vertical and right-left directions with a lattice-shaped part 40 of resin. The lattice-shaped part 40 is provided with a plurality of projection parts 40a on the side of the bridge material 37, and also provided with a plurality of air chambers 42 in a recessed shape opposite the metallic upper frame 8. The sliding door 2 is so constituted that upper and lower, and right and left doorframes mounted with a glass body 31 constitute a hidden doorframe overlapping with the right and left resin vertical frames, and the resin upper frame 13 and a resin lower frame 14 on an indoor side thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】金属と樹脂からなる複合建具において、屋内外の熱伝導を一層抑制して高い断熱性と防露性を得る。【解決手段】縦辷り出し窓1は、金属枠と樹脂枠を設けた枠体2に金属框と樹脂框を設けた障子3を納める。枠体2の金属上枠8は、外側金属上枠8aと内側金属上枠8bとに分割し、ブリッジ材37を介して連結した。ブリッジ材37に対向する位置に設けた樹脂上枠13は、大きさの異なる複数の空気室39aを樹脂の格子状部40で上下左右方向に形成した。格子状部40はブリッジ材37側に複数の突起部40aを設け、凹部形状の複数の空気室42を金属上枠8に対向して設けた。障子2は、ガラス体31を装着した上下左右の框が、その屋内側で左右の樹脂縦枠と樹脂上枠13、樹脂下枠14とに重なる隠し框を構成する。【選択図】図1 |
