Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tar removal method concerning to the power generation system of a biomass carbonization gas where tar is removed from a gas (biomass carbonization gas) obtained by heat-treating a biomass raw material, and thereafter, power generation is performed using the gas.SOLUTION: Provided is a tar removal method comprising: a thermal decomposition step where a biomass raw material is thermally decomposed and carbonized; a cleaning-cooling step where a biomass carbonization gas separated in the thermal decomposition step is cleaned and cooled; a step where the biomass carbonization gas cleaned in the cleaning-cooling step is stored; and a step where the biomass carbonization gas is used as the power source of a power generator. In the cleaning-cooling step, the biomass carbonization gas is cleaned with vegetable oil or biodiesel fuel, and is also cooled to 20 to 40°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】バイオマス原料を熱処理して得たガス(バイオマス乾留ガス)からタールを除去後、当該ガスを用いて発電するバイオマス乾留ガスの発電システムに係るタール除去方法を提供する。【解決手段】バイオマス原料を熱分解且つ炭化する熱分解工程、前記熱分解工程で分離されたバイオマス乾留ガスを洗浄及び冷却する洗浄・冷却工程、前記洗浄・冷却工程にて洗浄された前記バイオマス乾留ガスを貯蔵する工程、並びに前記バイオマス乾留ガスを発電機の動力源として使用する工程を備え、前記洗浄・冷却工程において、前記バイオマス乾留ガスは、植物油又はバイオディーゼル燃料により洗浄され、且つ20〜40℃までに冷却される。【選択図】図2 |
