【課題】 廃プラチック原料から燃料や再生原料を製造する場合に、原料に付随される水分を除去することにより、製造過程で水蒸気爆発の発生を防止する水分付随廃プラスチックのペレット成形装置を提供する。【解決手段】 スクリュー軸21、22を収容するバレル7の一部に、該バレル7の内壁面と連続する外壁面を有する中空で外壁面に透孔による水抜き孔11が穿設された水分離部材10を配設する。水分離部材10の底部開口に、バルレ7の外部に連通させた連通路9を接続させて、水抜き孔11から内部に流入する水分を該連通路9から排出させる。連通路9には圧縮空気用配管を接続させ、定期的にあるいは所望により圧縮空気を吹き込んで水抜き孔11の目詰まりを解消させる。【選択図】 図1 |
