PELLET MOLDING DEVICE OF MOISTURE ACCOMPANYING WASTE PLASTIC

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pellet molding device of moisture accompanying waste plastic preventing the occurrence of steam explosion in the manufacturing process by removing moisture accompanied by a raw material when producing a fuel and a recycled raw material from a waste plastic raw material.SOLUTION: In a pellet molding device of moisture accompanying waste plastic: a water separation member 10 bored by a drain hole 11 being a hollow through-hole at an external wall surface continuing with the internal wall surface of a barrel 7 is disposed at a part of the barrel 7 housing screw shafts 21, 22; a communication passage 9 communicated with the outside of the barrel 7 is connected to the bottom opening of the water separation member 10 and water flowing inside from the drain hole 11 is discharged from the communication passage 9; and a pipe for compressed-air is connected to the communication passage 9, compressed-air is periodically or optionally blown in and then the clogging of the drain hole 11 is eliminated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 廃プラチック原料から燃料や再生原料を製造する場合に、原料に付随される水分を除去することにより、製造過程で水蒸気爆発の発生を防止する水分付随廃プラスチックのペレット成形装置を提供する。【解決手段】 スクリュー軸21、22を収容するバレル７の一部に、該バレル７の内壁面と連続する外壁面を有する中空で外壁面に透孔による水抜き孔11が穿設された水分離部材10を配設する。水分離部材10の底部開口に、バルレ７の外部に連通させた連通路９を接続させて、水抜き孔11から内部に流入する水分を該連通路９から排出させる。連通路９には圧縮空気用配管を接続させ、定期的にあるいは所望により圧縮空気を吹き込んで水抜き孔11の目詰まりを解消させる。【選択図】 図１
