Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a desiccant which is excellent in a moisture absorption rate and can be regenerated at low temperature.SOLUTION: A production method includes: a step of firing a silicic acid plant at 400°C or higher in an inert atmosphere to prepare a silica-carbon composite body; a step of preparing a mixture of the silica-carbon composite body and an Al compound and an alkali metal compound or an alkali earth metal compound and water so that an aluminosilicate in a molar ratio of Si:Al=1:0.1 to 1.2 is produced; a step of subjecting the mixture to a hydrothermal reaction to obtain a porous aluminosilicate-carbon composite body; and a step of subjecting the porous aluminosilicate-carbon composite body to inert gas treatment at 600-800°C to obtain a desiccant.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】吸湿速度に優れた、低温で再生可能な乾燥剤の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】実施形態に係る製造方法は、ケイ酸植物を不活性雰囲気中、400℃以上で焼成してシリカ−炭素複合体を作製する工程、モル比でSi:Al=1:0.1〜1.2の範囲にあるアルミノケイ酸塩が生成するように、前記シリカ−炭素複合体とAl化合物とアルカリ金属化合物又はアルカリ土類金属化合物と水とを含む混合物を作製する工程、前記混合物に水熱反応を施して、多孔性アルミノケイ酸塩−炭素複合体を得る工程、及び前記多孔性アルミノケイ酸塩−炭素複合体に、600〜800℃で不活性ガス処理を施して乾燥剤を得る工程を有する。【選択図】なし
