Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixer unit capable of further improving the cutting performance of an object to be cooked.SOLUTION: The mixer unit comprises: a bell-shaped hood with its lower portion opened; a rotary shaft 8 provided to vertically extend within the hood; and a blade unit 9 provided on the rotary shaft 8 so as to rotate on the rotary shaft. The blade unit comprises a main blade 21 extending laterally from the rotary shaft and a sub blade 22 which has a distal end configured to be higher than the main blade and rotates about the rotary shaft at a position closer to the rotary shaft than the main blade. The sub blade is configured to have, at its front end portion in the rotation direction, an edge 22b capable of cutting the object to be cooked.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】被調理物の切削性能を一層向上させることができる混合器ユニットを提供する。【解決手段】混合器ユニットは、下方が開口する釣鐘形状のフードと、フードの内側で上下方向に延在するように設けられた回転軸８と、回転軸８を中心として回転するように回転軸に設けられたブレードユニット９とを備え、ブレードユニットは、回転軸から横方向に延在するメインブレード２１と、先端部がメインブレードよりも上方に位置し、メインブレードよりも回転軸に近い位置で回転軸の周囲を回転するサブブレード２２とを備え、サブブレードは、回転方向の前端部に被調理物を切削可能な刃先２２ｂを有するように構成されている。【選択図】図６
