Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commutator motor capable of suppressing movement in a rotation direction of a commutator of a brush even under situation where the brush is thermally expanded, and of stably bringing the brush into contact with the commutator.SOLUTION: A commutator motor comprises: a commutator 360 fixed to a shaft 332 of a rotor 330; a brush 420 being brought into contact with a commutator outer peripheral surface 361 and made conductive with the commutator 360; a brush sleeve 410 that has a cylindrical shape, and in which the brush 420 is arranged movably in a movement direction preliminarily set; and a spring 440 arranged inside the brush sleeve 410 and pressing the brush 420 against the commutator outer peripheral surface 361. On an outer peripheral surface of the brush 420, a groove part 422 being recessed in a direction parallel to the shaft 332 with respect to the outer peripheral surface of the brush, and extended in the movement direction is formed. On an inner peripheral surface of the brush sleeve 410, a protrusion 411 arranged so as to be protruded into the groove part 422 is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】ブラシが熱膨張する状況下でもブラシの整流子の回転方向への移動を抑制して、ブラシを安定して整流子に接触させることができる整流子電動機を提供する。【解決手段】整流子電動機において、回転子330のシャフト332に固定された整流子360と、整流子外周面361に接触して整流子360と通電するブラシ420と、筒状を呈し内側にブラシ420が予め設定された移動方向に移動可能に配置されたブラシスリーブ410と、ブラシスリーブ410の内側に配置されブラシ420を整流子外周面361に押し付けるバネ440と、を備える。ブラシ420の外周面には、ブラシの外周面に対しシャフト332に平行な方向に陥没し、前記移動方向に沿って延びた溝部422が形成される。ブラシスリーブ410の内周面には、溝部422内に突出して配置される突部411が形成される。【選択図】図4 |
