Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a hydrophilic porous fluororesin film improved in water permeability and chemical resistance.SOLUTION: The method for producing a hydrophilic porous fluororesin film includes: a step of coating a porous fluororesin sheet with a polymer compound having a hydroxyl group; a step (first reaction step) of reacting the compound coating the porous fluororesin sheet obtained in the previous step with a first compound having two or more aldehyde groups and having a molecular weight of 200 or less; and a step (second reaction step) of further reacting the compound with a second compound having a functional group capable of covalently bonding with a hydroxyl group and having a molecular weight smaller than that of the first compound after the first reaction step.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】透水性および耐薬品性が向上された親水性多孔質フッ素樹脂膜の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】多孔質フッ素樹脂シートに、水酸基を有する高分子化合物を被覆させる工程、前記工程で得られた多孔質フッ素樹脂シートを被覆している該化合物を、2個以上のアルデヒド基を有し、かつ分子量が200以下である第1の化合物と反応させる工程(第1の反応工程)、および第1の反応工程の後、さらに水酸基と共有結合可能な官能基を有し、かつ分子量が第1の化合物よりも小さい第2の化合物と反応させる工程(第2の反応工程)を含む親水性多孔質フッ素樹脂膜の製造方法。【選択図】なし
