CALL SYSTEM, RELAY DEVICE, CONTROL METHOD, AND COMPUTER PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an outside line device to identify a calling side user while transferring a call to the outside line device.SOLUTION: A call system includes a relay device and a called terminal. The relay device includes: a message control unit for transmitting, when a calling signal destined to a representative number, i.e. a telephone number received by the relay device is received from a calling terminal, a message including identification information on the calling terminal to a called terminal which is an outside line terminal registered as a transfer destination in advance; and a relay control unit for establishing a call between the calling terminal and the called terminal when the calling signal is received from the called terminal.
