Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an electrode body which can be produced in such a way that an electrode plate is stuck to a separator in a short time; and a method for producing the electrode body.SOLUTION: A method for producing an electrode body according to the present invention comprises an electrification step, a first lamination step, and a second lamination step, whereby a positive electrode plate and a negative electrode plate are laminated through a separator into the electrode body. In the electrification step, one of the positive and negative electrode plates is referred to as a first electrode plate and the other is referred to as a second electrode plate, and at least one of the first electrode plate and the separator is electrified to such a potential that an attractive force is produced between the first electrode plate and the separator. In the first lamination step, the at least one of the first electrode plate and the separator, which has been electrified, is brought into direct contact to make a laminate in which the first electrode plate and the separator are stuck to each other. 【課題】 電極板とセパレータとを短時間で付着させて製造できる電極体の製造方法および電極体を提供すること。【解決手段】 本発明に係る電極体の製造方法では,帯電工程,第1の積層工程,第2の積層工程により,正極板および負極板がセパレータを介して積層されてなる電極体を製造する。帯電工程では,正極板および負極板の一方を第1の電極板,他方を第2の電極板とし,第1の電極板およびセパレータのうちの少なくとも一方を,第1の電極板とセパレータとの間に引力が生じる電位に帯電させる。第1の積層工程では,少なくとも一方が帯電した第1の電極板およびセパレータを直接,接触させることで,これらが付着しあった積層体とする。第2の積層工程では,積層体に第2の電極板を積層して電極体とする。【選択図】図6 |
