The discharge device includes: an exhaust/drain pipe having a multistage Venturi structure and circulating the gas and the water that is atomized; a water reservoir for storing the water; and a water conduit pipe for leading water stored in the water reservoir to the exhaust/drain pipe. The water conduit pipe communicates between the water reservoir and the inside of a Venturi tube with a minimum diameter in the multistage Venturi structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
