Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately determine a start of the release of a release-side clutch when a gear change of a stepless gear change part and a clutch-to-clutch gear change are performed at the same timing.SOLUTION: An electronic control device 80 includes: a stepless gear change control part 106 for down-shifting a continuously variable transmission 24 on the basis of the pedal-in of an accelerator pedal; a stepped gear change control part 104 for performing a clutch-to-clutch gear change for making a forward clutch C1 engaged by releasing a CVT traveling clutch C2; a gear change ratio change suppression part 108 for suppressing a change of a gear change ratio γ of the continuously variable transmission 24; and a clutch-C2 release start determination part 112 for determining a start of the release of the CVT traveling clutch C2 on the basis of the fact that the a rotational speed difference ΔNin between an actual input shaft rotational speed Nin which is raised by a slide of the CVT traveling clutch C2 and an estimation input shaft rotational speed Nins which is calculated from a gear change ratio γdw at a start of the suppression of the change of the gear change ratio γ of the continuously variable transmission 24 exceeds a prescribed rotational speed difference determination value A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】無段変速部の変速とクラッチツゥクラッチ変速とが同時期に行われる際の解放側クラッチの解放の開始を精度良く判定する。【解決手段】電子制御装置80は、アクセルペダルの踏込みに基づいて無段変速機24をダウンシフトさせる無段変速制御部106と、CVT走行用クラッチC2を解放して前進用クラッチC1を係合させるクラッチツゥクラッチ変速を行う有段変速制御部104と、無段変速機24の変速比γの変化を抑制する変速比変化抑制部108と、CVT走行用クラッチC2の滑りにより上昇する実際の入力軸回転速度Ninと無段変速機24の変速比γの変化抑制開始時における変速比γdwから算出された推定入力軸回転速度Ninsとの回転速度差ΔNinが所定の回転速度差判定値Aを超えたことに基づいてCVT走行用クラッチC2の解放開始を判定するクラッチC2解放開始判定部112と、を含む。【選択図】図6
