Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant-velocity universal joint capable of improving lubricity of rolling elements (torque transmission members) and a rolling surface (a track groove).SOLUTION: A constant-velocity universal joint includes an outer joint member, an inner joint member, and torque transmission members disposed between the outer joint member and the inner joint member. The torque transmission members roll on a track groove. The torque transmission members and the track groove make angular contact. Flexible structures formed by a fiber material, a soft foam material, or a soft resin material are provided at a track groove bottom part which does not contact with the torque transmission members.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】、転動体(トルク伝達部材)と転動面(トラック溝)の潤滑性を向上させることが可能な等速自在継手を提供する。【解決手段】外側継手部材と、内側継手部材と、外側継手部材と内側継手部材との間に介在されるトルク伝達部材とを備え、トルク伝達部材がトラック溝を転動する等速自在継手である。トルク伝達部材とトラック溝とがアンギュラコンタクトをなす。トルク伝達部材と接触しないトラック溝底部に、繊維材、軟質発泡材、または軟質樹脂材からなる柔軟性構造体を設けた。【選択図】図5 |
