Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curing method of an ultraviolet-curable offset ink, by which such a printed matter can be obtained that films serving as a print base have little shrinkage by heat generation during irradiation of ultraviolet rays, an ink cured film has sufficient curability, and a cured film has flexibility, low odor and little yellow discoloration.SOLUTION: A curing method of an ultraviolet-curable offset ink comprising a (meth)acryl monomer and/or (meth)acryl oligomer, an acylphosphine oxide compound and an extender is provided, in which a light source used for curing is an ultraviolet LED lamp having an emission wavelength of 200 to 420 nm, and irradiation by the ultraviolet LED lamp is carried out in a nitrogen purge environment.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】本発明の課題は、紫外線照射時の発熱による印刷基材となるフィルム類の収縮が少なく、且つインキ硬化皮膜の十分は硬化性、硬化皮膜の柔軟性、低臭気、及び低黄変を兼備した印刷物が提供できる紫外線硬化型オフセットインキの硬化方法を提供することにある。【解決手段】 (メタ)アクリルモノマー及び/又は(メタ)アクリルオリゴマー、アシルフォスフィンオキサイド化合物、及び体質顔料を含有する紫外線硬化型オフセットインキの硬化方法であって、硬化に使用する光源が発光波長200〜420nmの紫外線LEDランプであり、前記紫外線LEDランプ照射を窒素パージ環境下で照射する事を特徴とする。【選択図】なし |
