PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: methods of reducing the relapse rate in a relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis human patient; and methods of reducing the accumulation of physical disability in a relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis human patient.SOLUTION: The invention provides methods for reducing the relapse rate in a relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis human patient, the methods comprising orally administering, to the patient, laquinimod or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of laquinimod at a daily dose of 0.6 mg laquinimod to thereby reduce the relapse rate.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】再発寛解型多発性硬化症のヒト患者において再発率を減少させる方法の提供。また、再発寛解型多発性硬化症のヒト患者において身体能力障害の蓄積を減少させる方法の提供。【解決手段】再発寛解型多発性硬化症のヒト患者における再発率を減少させるための方法であって、ラキニモドまたは薬学的に許容されるラキニモドの塩を一日量0.6mgラキニモドで経口的に患者に投与して、再発率を減少させることを含む方法。【選択図】なし
