EDIBLE PACIFIER TYPE CHEW ARTICLE FOR ANIMAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an edible pacifier type chew article for animals or pets, the chew article that shows a superior lasting time, and provide its production method.SOLUTION: A method is provided for forming an edible pacifier type chew article for animals. The method comprises a step of extruding an edible composition, and a step of bringing the extruded product into contact with multiple secondary forming rollers 2, sequentially. At least one of the secondary forming rollers 2 shows a wavy surface 10, and comes in contact with the extruded product on the wavy surface 10. The wavy surface 10 includes multiple lump-shaped bodies 4, 6, 8 for giving undulations on the surface of the extruded product.
