Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spindle motor capable of achieving high airtightness of a penetration hole formed in a base plate and which has high workability.SOLUTION: A spindle motor comprises: a base plate which held a stator core in which a coil is wound and an axial body on a first surface side, holds a wiring substrate on a second surface side opposite to the first surface, and in which a penetration hole is formed from the first surface to the second surface; a rotter assembly capable of being rotated about the axial body as a center; a conducting wire that is led from the coil and is connected to the wiring substrate through the penetration hole; and a sealing agent that separates an inner peripheral surface of the penetration hole and the conducting wire and seals the penetration hole. The inner peripheral surface of the penetration hole is formed so that a diameter becomes small from the first surface to the second surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ベースプレートに形成された貫通孔の高気密性を実現するとともに、作業性がよいスピンドルモータを提供すること。【解決手段】コイルが巻回されたステータコアと軸体とを第1面側に保持し、配線基板を前記第1面とは反対側の第2面側に保持し、前記第1面から前記第2面にわたり貫通孔が形成されているベースプレートと、前記軸体を中心に回転可能なロータアッセンブリと、前記コイルから引き出され、前記貫通孔を通過して前記配線基板に接続されている導線と、前記貫通孔の内周面と前記導線とを隔離して前記貫通孔を封止する封止剤と、を具備し、前記貫通孔の内周面は、前記第1面から前記第2面に向かうにつれて径が小さくなるように形成されている。【選択図】図1 |
