Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a communication interruption time due to a route change from an alternate route at fault recovery.SOLUTION: Packet transmission equipment includes: an interface which connects a first route to a communication device which becomes a next hop, to output a packet using the hardware address of the communication device; a storage unit which stores the hardware address of the communication device; an ARP processing unit which performs the acquisition processing to acquire the hardware address of the communication device, and on the occurrence of a fault related to the interface, deletes the hardware address related to the interface of the storage unit; and a management condition integration unit which, on the occurrence of the fault related to the interface, performs the processing to change over a route to the communication device from a first route to a second route, and at the recovery of the interface from the fault, performs processing to change over the route to the communication device from the second route to the first route, after the completion of the acquisition processing in the ARP processing unit which accompanies the recovery from the interface fault.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 【課題】障害復旧時の迂回経路からの経路切替による通信断の時間を短縮する。【解決手段】ネクストホップとなる通信装置への第1の経路を接続し、通信装置のハードウェアアドレスを用いてパケットを出力するインタフェースと、通信装置のハードウェアアドレスを記憶する記憶部と、通信装置のハードウェアアドレスを取得する取得処理を行い、インタフェースに係る障害が発生した場合に、記憶部のインタフェースに係るハードウェアアドレスを削除するARP処理部と、インタフェースに係る障害が発生した場合に、通信装置への経路を第1の経路から第2の経路へと切り替える処理を行い、インタフェースが障害から復旧した場合に、インタフェースの障害からの復旧に伴うARP処理部の取得処理が終了してから、通信装置への経路を第2の経路から第1の経路へと切り替える処理を行う管理状況統括部と、を備えるパケット伝送装置である。【選択図】図8
