Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid level position detection device that can accurately detect a position of a liquid level without using a temperature sensor, utilizing an ultrasonic wave.SOLUTION: A liquid level detection device 10 is configured to oscillate a piezoelectric element 31 to generate an internal propagation wave W1 propagating inside a propagation body 20, and a surface wave W2 propagating a surface of the propagation body 20. The liquid level detection device 10 is configured to determine a position of a liquid level 81 of a liquid 80 in which the propagation body 20 is immersed in consideration of a temperature of the propagation body 20 affecting a propagation velocity of the internal propagation wave W1 and the surface wave W2 on the basis of a period until the internal propagation wave W1 and the surface wave W2 reflected by an internal propagation wave reflection unit 22 or a surface wave reflection unit 24 are input to the piezoelectric element 31 from the oscillation occurs. The internal propagation wave reflection unit 22 is provided at a position above the propagation body 20 so that the internal propagation wave W1 and the surface wave W2 are not input to the piezoelectric element 31 with the internal propagation wave W1 and the surface wave W2 overlapped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】超音波を利用して、温度センサを用いることなく液面の位置を精度良く検出可能な液面位置検出装置を提供することにある。【解決手段】液面位置検出装置10は、圧電素子31を振動させることによって伝搬体20の内部を伝搬する内部伝搬波W1と、伝搬体20の表面を伝搬する表面波W2とを発生させる。液面位置検出装置10は、振動が発生してから内部伝搬波反射部22又は表面波反射部24によって反射された内部伝搬波W1と表面波W2とが圧電素子31に入力するまでの期間に基づいて、内部伝搬波W1と表面波W2との伝搬速度に影響を与える伝搬体20の温度を考慮して、伝搬体20が浸る液体80の液面81の位置を決定する。内部伝搬波反射部22は、内部伝搬波W1と表面波W2とが重なって圧電素子31に入力することがないような伝搬体20上の位置に設けられる。【選択図】図1 |
