Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of estimating the connection phase of a power distribution line at a branch of the power distribution line.SOLUTION: A line current data acquisition unit 14 acquires the current value information of each of a first power distribution line and a second power distribution line in a power distribution network in which a set of a plurality of first power distribution lines is branched to n sets of second power distribution lines each including a plurality of second power distribution lines. A correlation computation unit 16 computes a correlation value between a line current Iand a line current (I-I) with regard to a combination of connections between the set of first power distribution lines and the n sets of second power distribution lines. The line current Irefers to the line currents of the second power distribution lines that belong to the i'th set of second power distribution lines and for which connection with the x phase of first power distribution lines is assumed. The line current Irefers to the line current of the x phase of first power distribution lines. The line current Irefers to the line currents of second power distribution lines that belong to the j'th (j≠i) set of second power distribution lines and for which connection with the x phase of first power distribution lines is assumed. A connection phase estimation unit 18 estimates a connection phase between the first power distribution lines and the second power distribution lines on the basis of the computed correlation value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】配電線の分岐での配電線の接続相の推定精度を向上させる。【解決手段】線電流データ取得部14は、複数本の第1配電線の組が各々複数本の第2配電線を含む第2配電線のn個の組に分岐している配電網における、第1配電線及び第2配電線の各々の電流値情報を取得する。相関演算部16は、第1配電線の組とn個の第2配電線の組との接続の組み合わせについて、線電流Ii,σiと線電流(I0−Ij,σj)との相関値を演算する。線電流Ii,σiは、i番目の第2配電線の組に属しかつx相の第1配電線との接続を仮定した第2配電線の線電流である。線電流I0はx相の第1配電線の線電流である。線電流Ij,σjは、j番目(j≠i)の第2配電線の組に属しかつx相の第1配電線との接続を仮定した第2配電線の線電流である。接続相推定部18は、演算された相関値に基づいて第1配電線と第2配電線との接続相を推定する。【選択図】図1
