PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable air conditioning comfortable to persons being in a room to be maintained.SOLUTION: An air-conditioning management system 1 for managing air conditioning includes: an air conditioner 10; a user terminal 20 operated by a user being in a room; and an air-conditioning control support device 30 for collecting declarations about air conditioning from the user, and performing control over the air conditioner 10 or support on the control on the basis of the collected results.
