Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition having low haze and excellent transparency, and having sufficient anti-fogging and heat ray-shielding properties.SOLUTION: The problem is solved by melting and mixing a polycarbonate resin and/or an acrylic resin, a water dispersion having metal oxide dispersed in water, and a polyglyceryl fatty acid ester composed of a polyglycerol with an average degree of polymerization of 2-20 and at least one of a C2-C22 saturated fatty acid or unsaturated fatty acid.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】ヘイズが低く透明性に優れ、且つ十分な防曇性と熱線遮蔽性を有した熱可塑性樹脂組成物を提供すること。【解決手段】ポリカーボネート樹脂及び／又はアクリル樹脂、水に金属酸化物を分散させた水分散体、及び、平均重合度が２〜２０のポリグリセリンと炭素数が２〜２２の飽和脂肪酸又は不飽和脂肪酸の少なくとも一種から構成されるポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルを溶融混練することで上記課題を解決する。【選択図】なし
