MICROBUBBLE WASHING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microbubble washing device where washing effect is improved by surely collapsing fine bubbles such as microbubbles, nanobubbles and the like attached on the surface of a washing object.SOLUTION: A microbubble washing device 1 includes: a washing tank 10 storing a washing liquid and immersing a washing object; an ultrasonic vibrator 20 being disposed at the washing tank 10 and supplying ultrasonic vibration to the washing liquid; and microbubble generation nozzles 40a, 40b and 40c supplying the washing liquid containing microbubbles into the washing tank 10. In the microbubble washing device 1, the contamination of foreign matter and the like attached to the surface of the washing object can be separated by impact force caused at collapsing since the ultrasonic vibrator 20 collapses the microbubbles attached to the surface of the washing object surely.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】被洗浄物の表面に付着したマイクロバブル、ナノバブル等の微細気泡を確実に圧壊させることにより洗浄効果を高めた微細気泡洗浄装置の提供。【解決手段】洗浄液を貯水するとともに、被洗浄物を浸漬する洗浄槽１０と、洗浄槽１０に配設されて洗浄液に超音波振動を供給する超音波振動子２０と、洗浄槽１０へ微細気泡を含む洗浄液を供給する微細気泡発生ノズル４０ａ，４０ｂ，４０ｃとを備えるする微細気泡洗浄装置１による。この微細気泡洗浄装置１によれば、超音波振動子２０が、被洗浄物の表面に付着した微細気泡を確実に圧壊させるので、この圧壊の際に生じる衝撃力で被洗浄物の表面に付着した異物等の汚れを分離させることができる。【選択図】図１
