LAYER MODULE AND MULTILAYER FILTER COLUMN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer filter tower which forms a plurality of filter layers by different filter particles with a high degree of freedom in selecting the filter particles.SOLUTION: A layer module structures a multilayer filter tower, and includes a filter column for storing filter particles. The filter column includes a cylindrical side frame arranged in the multilayer filter tower approximately coaxially, and a porous bottom body which covers a lower surface side of the side frame. The filter column further includes a porous lid body structured so as to engage with the side frame to cover an upper surface side of the side frame preferably. The filter particles stored in the filter column are further included preferably. An outer edge part of the porous bottom body is bent to a side surface of the side frame, and the porous bottom body is preferably fastened by winding a belt on it. It is more preferable that a cylindrical external column, which structures a part of an outer wall of the multilayer filter tower and in which the filter column is arranged, be further provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】本発明は、濾過粒子の選択の自由度が大きく、異なる濾過粒子によって複数の濾過層を形成する複層濾過塔を提供可能とすることを課題とする。【解決手段】本発明の一態様に係る層モジュールは、複層濾過塔を構成する層モジュールであって、濾過粒子を収容する濾過カラムを備え、この濾過カラムが、上記複層濾過塔内に略同軸に設置される円筒状の側枠と、この側枠の下面側を覆う多孔性底体とを有する。上記濾過カラムが、上記側枠の上面側を覆うよう側枠に係合可能に構成される多孔性蓋体をさらに有するとよい。上記濾過カラム内に収容される濾過粒子をさらに備えるとよい。上記多孔性底体が、外縁部を側枠の側面に折曲げ、その上からベルトを倦回することで締結されているとよい。上記複層濾過塔の外壁の一部を構成し、上記濾過カラムが設置される円筒状の外部カラムをさらに備えるとよい。【選択図】図１
