PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cooking container located at an intermediate position between an opening/closing door and a cooking chamber from being collided with an entrance of the cooking chamber due to actuation of a lifting device.SOLUTION: A cooking device 20 includes: a cooking device body 30 having cooking chambers 31a, 31b, and 31c; opening/closing doors 33a and 33c opening/closing the cooking chambers 31a and 31c and defining a back side thereof as a placement face of a cooking container; lift devices 50a and 50c for lifting/lowering the opening/closing doors 33a and 33c; and a safety device 100 forbidding the lift devices 50a and 50c from operating in a state where the cooking container 200 pulled out from a cooking chamber 31a or 31c is located at an intermediate position between the opening/closing doors 33a and 33c and the cooking chambers 31a and 31c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 【課題】開閉扉と調理室の中間に位置する調理容器が、昇降装置の作動により、調理室の入口と衝突することを抑制する。【解決手段】調理装置２０であって、調理室３１ａ、３１ｂ、３１ｃを有する調理装置本体３０と、前記調理室３１ａ、３１ｃを開閉し、かつ裏面が調理容器の載置面とされた開閉扉３３ａ、３３ｃと、前記開閉扉３３ａ、３３ｃを昇降させる昇降装置５０ａ、５０ｃと、前記調理室３１ａ、３１ｃから引き出した前記調理容器２００が前記開閉扉３３ａ、３３ｃと前記調理室３１ａ、３１ｃの中間に位置する状態で、前記昇降装置５０ａ、５０ｃが作動することを禁止する安全装置１００とを備える。【選択図】図８
