Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tablet containing ranitidine hydrochloride having excellent storage stability and resisting discoloration in long-term storage.SOLUTION: A tablet contains (A) ranitidine hydrochloride, (B) a component selected from sucralfate and antacid, and (C) a component selected from hydrous silicon dioxide and light anhydrous silicic acid, with a mass ratio represented by (C)/(A) of 0.05 or more, and a content of (C) component being less than 4 mass% in the tablet.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】長期間の保存においても変色することのない保存安定性に優れるラニチジン塩酸塩を含む錠剤を提供する。【解決手段】（Ａ）ラニチジン塩酸塩と、（Ｂ）スクラルファート及び制酸剤から選ばれる成分と、（Ｃ）含水二酸化ケイ素及び軽質無水ケイ酸から選ばれる成分とを含み、（Ｃ）／（Ａ）で表される質量比が０．０５以上、かつ（Ｃ）成分の含有量が錠剤中４質量％未満であることを特徴とする錠剤。【選択図】なし
