FLUIDIZING AGENT COMPOSITION FOR SOIL CEMENT, CEMENT SUSPENSION, AND SOIL CEMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement suspension which has a fluidity holding time of soil cement of 6 hours or more, which is a time for a table flow value to become 150 mm or less from a point at which soil cement is prepared, and to provide a fluidizing agent composition for soil cement which gives the cement suspension.SOLUTION: A fluidizing agent composition for soil cement contains (A) a water-soluble polymer, (B) alkali metal phosphate, and (C) one of alkali metal carbonate and alkali metal bicarbonate, where contents of the component (B) and the component (C) are 1-600 pts.mass and 100-1,500 pts.mass with respect to 100 pts.mass of the component (A).
