Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an influence on conveyance of an upper stage conveyor and a lower stage conveyor associated with a workpiece and to perform alternative cutting of the workpiece correctly.SOLUTION: A folded conveyor 30 moves to a lower stage conveyor 20 side first, and in that state, a vertical movement mechanism 59 vertically moves down by the rotation of a rotary lever 57 resisting an elastic force of a coil spring 54. At this time, the folded conveyor 30 comes to the lowest position, and a space generates between itself and an upper stage conveyor 10. Also, as the folded conveyor 30 is inclined, a workpiece 100 moves from the right direction to the left direction. This point is a position farthest away from the straight line of the upper stage conveyor 10. Here, when an external force is released so as to stop the rotation by one reciprocating operation of a handle lever 70, the rotation of the rotary lever 57 is released, and a lift bearing unit 41 moves up vertically by an elastic force of the coil spring 54 of the vertical movement mechanism 59. 【課題】ワークが関係付けた上段コンベヤと下段コンベヤの搬送に影響を及ぼさないようにでき、正確にワークの択一切り出しが可能なこと。【解決手段】折り返しコンベヤ30が先に下段コンベア20側に移動し、その状態で垂直上下動機構59は、コイルスプリング54の弾勢力に抗して、回動レバー57の回動で垂直に下動する。このとき、折り返しコンベヤ30は最も低い位置となり、前記上段コンベヤ10との間に大きなスペースが生じる。また、折り返しコンベヤ30が傾動しているから、ワーク100は右方向から左方向に移動する。この時点で上段コンベヤ10の直線上からから最大距離離れた位置となる。ここで、ハンドルレバー70の1往復動作による回動を停止すべく外力を開放すると、回動レバー57の回動が解放され、垂直上下動機構59のコイルスプリング54の弾勢力で昇降軸受ユニット41は垂直に上昇する。これに伴い、折り返しコンベヤ30が傾動を少なくし、上段コンベヤ10の直線状の位置となる。【選択図】図2 |
