Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooking container suppressing fall-down of water droplets condensing on an inner part of the heating cooking container, reducing an adhering amount of the water droplets on the container surface by absorbing generated water droplets to an inner part of the heating cooking container, and thereby preventing quality deterioration of a cooking object due to an excessive water content.SOLUTION: A heating cooker includes: a bottomed cylindrical pot 5 to which a heating object is put from above; and heating means 3 heating the pot. At least a part of an inner side of the pot is formed by a porous material holding a water content.
