PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing machine which displays, instead of the number of spoons or cups of necessary detergent amount, a water amount corresponding to the detergent amount.SOLUTION: A washing machine including a display device for performing display of a detergent amount necessary for washing includes means which allows a user to select whether to display the detergent amount by the number of spoons or cups or to display it by the amount of water corresponding to the detergent amount. Thereby, when starting an operation of the washing machine, after cloth amount sensing, the necessary detergent amount can be selected to be displayed by the water amount, so that the user can input the detergent while directly confirming the detergent amount by a measuring spoon in which a scale is displayed by the water amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】必要な洗剤量の杯数の代わりに、洗剤量に対応する水量相当で表示する洗濯機を提供する。【解決手段】洗濯に必要な洗剤量の表示を行う表示装置を備えた洗濯機において、洗剤量を杯数で表示するか、または、洗剤量に対応する水量相当で表示するかを利用者が選択できる手段を備えたことにより、洗濯機の運転を開始し、布量センシングの後に、必要な洗剤量を水量相当で表示することが選択できるので、目盛が水量で表示される計量スプーンで洗剤量を直接的に確認しながら、洗剤を投入することができる。【選択図】図６
