Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: in nanopore DNA sequencing, if signal changes in signal analysis include a signal change reflecting fluctuation in base current, a signal analysis error may occur.SOLUTION: An electrolyte solution for biomolecule analysis contains DO as solvent, and/or contains an electrolyte wherein cationic species in solution are Cs and Na, or Na alone, or Na and Li, or Li alone, or trishydroxyaminomethane, or a combination thereof.
